Overview

Diversified has been dedicated to placing qualified women and diversity candidates in professional positions since its founding. Last year, over 50% of all candidates placed and 80% of the slates presented to clients were women or diversity candidates and, for the last 3 years, our retention rate for diversity placements is 100%.

The timing is right for diverse candidates to fill key positions in a wide range of organizations and the demand for diverse leadership in management and on boards is growing. By reflecting the realities of a diverse workforce and population, organizations are positioned to meet the needs of their customers and markets, and to be competitive in the changing global environment. One of the pivotal roles in this effort is the position of Chief Diversity Officer. Diversity Officers are the talent champions and are increasingly at the senior leadership table. The Chief Diversity Officer role is, in many cases, becoming a direct report to the CEO, as diversity becomes integral to the corporate strategy and the value of the Diversity professional is increasingly recognized by leading CEOs and their boards.

The need for Executive Search has never been stronger to insure the best candidates are afforded the opportunity to be considered for Diversity positions, as well as for the executive pipeline and Board positions. There is an imperative on the part of companies to attract and retain diverse talent, and Diversified’s extensive talent pool ensures access to the best available candidates.
